I've spent twenty-five years inside this industry, where across many of the companies I've called home I've ranked in the top 20%. Today I lead a mega team at eXp Realty recognized among the top 250 teams nationally.
Early in my career I cut my teeth in REO bank foreclosures and loss mitigation, work that demands precision, paperwork mastery, and grace under pressure. That foundation shapes how I serve every kind of seller today: the luxury seller protecting a hard-earned asset, the traditional homeowner making a move-up or downsize, the family navigating an estate or divorce, the distressed seller who needs a steady hand, and the investor weighing numbers, timelines, and tax-and-equity outcomes. Today I lead my team and coach agents through the proven systems we've built, the same systems that allow us to deliver seamless, high-touch service to every client we represent. When I'm not at the closing table or coaching agents, I love spending time with my family, giving back to the community, or in the garden.
